Ability for passengers and passengers next of kin to have a passenger portal like the driver portal where they can book journeys.

The next of kin will also login too. Login details would be their email address and a password set by admin staff with the option to reset.

On the protal, the passenger or next kin could confirm the pickup time and if the pickup changes they can confirm that either they or the next of kin are aware of the change - thus moving the journey out of call pending statut and back into confirmed.

24/7 access for login and an option to limit how far in advance they can book a journey e.g. no later than 72 hours before requirements.
